Do these heat up as well as Thermacare? They look very thin, where as thermacare charcoal areas are thicker. Does the heat last 8 hours?

I wouldn’t say they last 8 hours. While I like them, my biggest problem is they curl up pretty easily so don’t last much more than a day while my KT tape can last about 4 days. I will have to try Thermacare next time. I will say that initially putting these on heats up my knees great for a workout!

What is the ingredient listed as “centipede”?

Dried ginger. notogingseng, centipede, saffron, divericate saposhnivia, garden balsam stem, chili, redix caminiti preparata This is what is listed on the box...they work great for me

Can you use it with a knee brace ?

I don’t know why not, as long as the brace doesn’t rub on it and peel it off-I had an issue with the patch staying in place so am using am elasticized wrap and it works beautifully-with continued use, this patch really does work!

So someone said they dont stick well is this true im tired of buying stuff and it not working so is it true they dont stick well

I've used both the knee patches and XL patches for several months with great success. I'm able to work at least an 8 to 10 hour shift in healthcare mostly pain-free. I sometimes double the knee patch (so it's around my entire kneecap). I'm constantly moving, crouching and kneeling throughout the day. The only time I experience the patches unsticking/rolling up is when dressing/undressing (ex: restroom breaks). The friction of the clothes rubbing over the knee patch pulls it back sometimes. Other than that at the end of a 8 to 10 hour shift, I have to carefully pull the patches off of my skin because they are well adhered. Don't rip those things off! You may come off with a little skin. Take care when removing them.
