Do these have a medal ring around them?

These bingo chips don't have medel ring.They are a clear plastic chips.

Are they connected? Do you have to break them apart?

They come loose in a plastic bag with a velvet bag to put them in. They are ready to use right away.

Odd question: Do these float in water? I need colored ips/buttons/whatever to place in rain guages to make the precip amount visible at a distance.

Good idea, but no. They don’t float.
