We first tried this in Canada when I picked up a cold while travelling, and it worked great. Was really disappointed not to be able to get it easily in the US, but really appreciative of this vendor making it available through Amazon. It's the best OTC bronchial cough medicine I've ever used.

This is much more effective than the brand made in the USA. Therapeutic results as expected.
