Serves the purpose!!
100% pure cornstarch powder.Nice packaging!I personaly use it as a thickening agent in soups and many other chinese gravies and when mixed with all purpose flour(maida) in the ratio of 3:2 i.e. 3spoons of maida with 2spoons of cornstarch it can create a crispy coating for your aloo tikkies and many more..I don't know if it's the best but i do know that it's good enough!!

It's good. Used it for Chinese recipes and came out well. Went to local store and purchased corn flour for half the cost. Can reduce the cost.
