That's not a rope!
The exercise mat is an exercise mat and does what an exercise mat should do. That's right, stand in the corner and gather dust whilst I start to feel miserable about not exercising enough, therefor perpetuating my sad little life and my ever growing menopausal belly! The rope is lethal. A couple of missed rotations of the rope left the backs of my shins looking like I had been to some dungeon. As if being fat, unmotivated and menopausal isn't enough misery. A good exercise mat though, if a little dusty.
