I have had this for quite a few months now, it is good quality stainless steel has been through the dishwasher on multiple occasions and still works like a dream. It doesn’t leak and water doesn’t splash anywhere. It is also extremely quiet unless it is getting empty in which case it starts to gurgle which is a message for me to wash and refill.Both my kittens much prefer this to a static water bowl. I have since gone on to buy further filters for it as I am so pleased with it.

The TOMXCUTE 3.2 stainless steel cat water fountain was bought as a replacement for an existing water fountain. The quality seems great, easy to assemble, and clean. Very quiet, and looks modern. I am very happy with this item. If it stands the test of time, which it should, I think its money well spent. Oh, and I should say, the cat likes it too!!

I purchased this product in 2024. A year later, the pump stopped working. As the product, in its working state, was good, I purchased a replacement a couple of months ago, only for the pump to stop working yet again. This time, instead of buying yet another fountain, I reached out to the seller as I noticed they have a guarantee on the pump. Despite my reaching out, they did not respond. As good as the fountain is, it is a real shame it does not last long and that the seller is not taking greater care to address this matter. I will be returning to their competitor, Catit, as, at the very least, there is a working guarantee/return programme and customer service issues are addressed satisfactorily.

UPDATE the seller sent me a replacement pump 😀 thank you. Water fountain working again = 2 happy furbabies.I purchased this in March 2024. Unfortunately the pump stopped working on Wednesday 14th August. I’ve only had it 4 months. I’ve tried contacting the company as per email address in the box but haven’t had a reply. I raised a complaint on Amazon yesterday & have been told they’ll contact seller - Imm still awaiting a replacement as it has a 2 year guarantee.Prior to the pump failing my cats loved this water fountain. It runs quietly and I find it easy to clean. It’s reasonably priced. It needs topping up every couple of days with more water & I clean it weekly. I hope a replacement pump is sent soon as my cats are missing their fountain. If pump hadn’t broke I would habe given 5 stars but the absence of a reply isn’t very customer orientated.

Brought this to replace a plastic Fountain I'd brought and must say the cats like it a lot more, metal is a lot better of a material for keeping water cool, the Fountain is USB Conncted and runs really well and the 2 water filters are a great for keeping the water clean and having to clean it out less, the pump is also replaceable which means no having to buy a completely new Fountain in case the one in this breaks. And yeah overall just great.

Fountain come as described and was very easy to put together - sturdy fountain and very quiet compared to others used into the past. One of my cats couldnt wait to use it and was drinking from it before I even had it running 😺😅 - Thank you for such a good product and brilliant service!

I cannot stress enough how poor the instructions are for cleaning this. You need to strip it down, motor and all in order to make sure it's clean and otherwise you'll find that various parts of it go green, even when changing water every day. Even the rubber gasket that holds the fountain head in place needs to be taken out and cleaned. The front and back of the motor click off, the little blade which pumps the water can be taken out. Get a little brush to get into the hard to reach areas and get some proper pipe cleaners to clean the fountain head. It takes about 20-30 minutes to give this a proper clean and I'd advise doing this weekly.The water capacity is good, it's quiet until it needs refilled when you'll hear it trickle a bit more. The filters are pretty mediocre but cheap to buy.

We bought this in 2022 was over 36quid at the time, it was a great buy as we go away often and this helps not having someone coming in everyday.Compared to others I used, this stainless steel prevents the gather of that grime/algae making it much easier to clean! Perfect size, easy to set-up, low noise and no leaks.My husband works in water treatment and tested the water after 8days without being changed and no bacteria! This gave us so much peace of mind if we had to leave it that long but our friends always come up and change at day 4 or 5 but it's good to know!It has been very reliable, we keep a camera that captures the fountain so that we detect if stops working when we are away and only once we had a problem. This was about 1.5 years later and we got a motor replacement. Recently we had to bin it because the plastic thing that secures the filter broke when cleaning.Initially our cats were not impressed with this fountain that quickly got used to it and absolutely love it! It even increased their water intake as definitely more pees in the litter! they really loved the one with the flower we had before, but was too hard to clean and because was plastic kept gathering green and pink grime was a bit nasty. Thats why I bought this one, it was stainless steel and did not disappoint! It's easy enough to clean, no grime, and the filters last well and reasonable prices compared to othersI felt bad trowing out the fountain just because of that piece of plastic that I couldn't fix, so I bought a different fountain that did had that type of mechanism and it was a big mistake.... the cats wouldn't go near it as much! They prefer to lick taps, our glasses and the condensation on the windows unbelievable... Never thought this would happen, I know my cats don't like changes but they didn't like this one at the start either and eventually got used to! Also I was disappointed because the filters were full of pink grime algae after 5 days and that never happen with this one! That's my rant over!All of this to say that I am very happy with this product and I am buying it again!!! the cats win! They like what they like! That is why I came to update my review from 2022 whereby I gave a 4 star and now well deserved 5 stars!!!
