A Very Good Work Light Bulb
I used Latex gloves when I installed these bulbs in the work lamp. Oil from your fingers can shorten the life span of the bulb. Easy to install and very bright.

Good light, and they last.
I had LED lamps in the fixtures. Didn't like the color so it wasn't a big deal when they all burned out within a few months. These on the other hand - they last very well. LED's were supposed to be the "forever bulbs" but they're not. They burn out way faster than these, and the light color sucks too. So glad we can still buy real halogen bulbs.If only we could buy regular incandescent Edison base bulbs - I got some "GE" (I think fakes) that were "halogen" 43 watts, and they suck as bad as the LED lights did, except at least they had a good color.

Pay for Quality
I fell victim to the lure of buying cheap knockoffs for these bulbs. While much less expensive, they lack the quality, reliability and longevity of these Philips bulbs -- some only lasting a few weeks. Going forward I will only buy the Philips bulbs. Simply stated: they are worth the extra expense.

It Works Great! A Terrific Accessory!
First, it came from the seller quicker than expected. Second, it was simple as could be to connect it to my Leatherman Wave. Finally, it works great and seems quite sturdy. I know other reviews have said it is flimsy and easy to break, but I don't share that view. The spring steel holds firmly (I wear the Wave inside a front pocket), and I have yet to catch it on anything. I highly recommend this Leatherman accessory.

Brighter than my old bulb
I needed a replacement halogen bulb for my Harbor Breeze Avian ceiling fan, model L05BN. The manual doesn't mention the specific bulb and all they offer is a part number that turned up no results on the internet. I did read one post that a 100W 120V would be the way to go, so I followed their advice. This bulb is way brighter than the old bulb. Even at half power it's brighter. I can't speak to longevity since I've only had it installed for about an hour. I will let some time go by and then update my review. For now, I'm completely satisfied and then some.

Perfect fit. I could find this product only on Amazon.I wish the light was brighter. I can’t say anything about longevity as I just received the bulb today.
