I wish i could provide zero starsThis product is a complete waste of money.It stopped working within 15 days of its purchase.And since the return window of amazon closed just after 10 days...so i was left unattended.Despite of 5 years of manufacturing WARRENTY ...no help from amazon or the seller.Iv been calling them since 1.5 months and no response from the seller and it seems amazon care executive are just playing around and lingering on the things.Worst worst worst product ever.And shameful experience with amazon as well.no respect for the brand any further

Temperature too high, there was no way to control it as turning the dial made no difference. After two uses there was an explosion and it stopped working. This was for my old father and he joked that this was a good way to cremate him. How can Cozyland sell such a product? Don't they care for their reputation?

hi i would say that the product is good and efficient with the heating and giving soothing effect but when i received the item and used it for 4 days it went off no heating then i replace the product and amazon quickly replaced the item and this time when i received the product it went off again the next day , so i finally return the product the main factor is the durability if this item don't work for long periods then it is of no use also this WARMLAND company provide 5 years warranty against the product so it is the plus point.My opinion is to wait for more reliable brand to launch such product with better durability.

I had bought Cozyland double bed electric warmer in the month of November 2018 and within 2 months it stopped working. The quality of the product is very poor especially the electric wires. The electric wire at the electric warmer junction has melted due to short circut. Considering the warmer is placed under the bedsheet, this could have easily resulted in a fire hazard if the malfunction was not noticed in time.Since the product comes under 5 year replacement warranty, I tried calling their so called 24X7 helpline number but it was switched off. I called the MD of Cozyland after tracing the number from their website and he was very non cooperative and asked me to not call him repeatedly even when I called him for the 1st time. However, he redirected me to another number and I was asked to send the invoice through Whatsapp. Even after sending the invoice, I have not received any response from the manufacturer for availing the warranty. Despite numerous follow-up over phone, the manufacturer keeps on delaying and provides vague responses. So the 5 year warranty is basically a sham and one would be lucky if the brand actually replaces the defective product.So why not to buy any product from Cozyland & its associates.1) Poor Quality product2) Non existent customer helpline number3) Dubious warranty of 5 years4) No response from the brand even after follow ups.So don’t waste your money buying inferior quality products with dubious warranty conditions.UPDATE (04-02-2019): The seller/brand has not even responded even after contacting them and telling about the issue. The company doesn't honour the warranty of the product and will simply not respond. Hope Amazon takes these issues seriously and ensures that such dubious brands are not allowed to sell their products on their website. Avoid Cozyland and don't waste money buying their products.

I received the warmland single bed warmer on 9/12/2016 and it is not working from yesterday ie.20/12/2016. Deeply disappointed with Amazon.What should I do now? Totally worthless product..

My suggestion to the manufacturer is if they can modulate the heat a bit better. Level 2 is Super Hot for long term use. Level 1 starts off mild and then eventually gets very hot. So basically you can’t use this blanket for sustained use over night. If they could bring down the warmth for level 1 or introduce another milder level, it would then become a great product.In its current state it’s basically a bed warmer that you have to shut off after getting the bed warm.

I ordered this product and a second hand product was delivered to me. The product delivered to me was defective and while I was using it I saw sparking in the controller and the plastic even melted duenyo the heat. The product was a potential fire hazard. Did not expect such a substandard item. In the pictures you can see that it was clearly a used item that was delivered to me. not at all happy.

This product has multiple scratch and also looking like old product or may be i can say that 2nd hand product which is delivered to me
