Only a slight fragrance that evaporated immediately.

Q: Does it actually help for puffiness under the eye?

I am not an expert but I don’t think this is made to specifically reduce puffiness. It is a very rich cream for very dry skin under the eye. From what I have read, if you have puffiness, a product with caffeine in it might address that better. But I think if you have dry skin under your eyes this is a great product to help with that.
