Q: buy a replacement fabric.. The corners started ripping first but not the middle has given away so my dog cant use it anymore... help

I had a K & H Pet Products Original Bolster Pet elevated bed for my late 70 lb Boxer which was very sturdy and easy to assemble.. great quality. He had it for a year before he passed away and was in its original form and he laid on it daily in the backyard. I wish i kept it after he passed. The Bedsure was a mistake to purchase as i was being cheap for my new dog.

Who did you buy it from?? I would contact your seller. When I bought my bed it was quite surprising that it was someone else's used bed and the individual was the one selling on Amazon... but, all of my pieces were there, just a bit used.

Q: One of the poles the thread is cross can't put screw in what do I do

Some options are: 1. Use a tap and die set to recut/clean up the threads 2. Force an oversized screw in it and live with the fact it doesn’t match the rest 3. Return the item to Amazon for a new one 4. Contact the manufacturer for a replacement part. Can’t remember where it’s made, this could be a challange.
