The best chocolate EVER

We all know it tastes great, but it arrived in PEREFECT condition in 88 F heat! It was sent in it's own reusable Styrofoam cooler with cooing packs and none of the chips were stuck together!

I bought the product and it arrived broken and melted. I can understand because it is chocolate and it is sent by mail, but almost the entire bag is unusable. The bag is not even opened and can be replaced, and to top it off the bag arrived broken. This is complete poor service.
