Maybe its working?
I live in the country and have a neighbor that allows his dog to run. Sweet dog but it literally barks constantly, it just runs around the surrounding fields and barks and barks and barks. I put this on my back fence to keep the dog from barking close to my house and I have noticed that within a certain perimeter near my property, the dog is no longer barking. I've added one to my side fence hoping for the same results.

Useless
From the birds to the dogs this did absolutely nothing. In fact, I think the chickadees tried to talk to it. I’ll give it another day but so far I’m the only one it seems to be irritating.
