Out of the first 10 ports, 3 ports failed to reliably work (tested with a cable tester and 2 known good patch cables). Wiggling would make them work, sometimes. With 48 ports, that failure rate was already too high. Couldn't fix the issue, into the bin with it. Very disappointed.

Super easy to install in my rack and it works really well. Much rather use this one than having to terminate each individual connection into a patch panel. This just allows me to directly plug it in. And it's worked really well for me.

Product description says it's a 1U, I didn't think it would be, and it's not it's 2U. I have the space, so it's not a big deal. It should work as intended.
