Quality of book is below average. Part of the reason is because this is because it is available at a very cheap price. Even the cover’s colour is orange. I think its still readable but They dont even have return policy. We can only replace. I d suggest spend some bucks more and get it from somewhere else if you care about the experience. However this book is still readable.

The depth covered in this book is greatest gift.

This is a fantastic book. Anyone who is studying Indian traditions needs to read this. Great seller and fast shipping.

If you want to examine Kundalini from an occult Western perspective go for it. It is heavy reading but worth it if that is what does it for you.

If you are seeking a comprehensive understanding about the chakras and their correlation to your body-mind, this book can be found to be helpful. This of course is with the understanding that books and authors only provide thoughts and books perhaps point a way but the work and it's result is for the doer.
