New Barn Organic Almondmilk Unsweetened Vanilla, 28 oz

Since I was restricted to a dairy free diet, I was desperate to have an amazing morning latte made with almond milk. I go through a bottle of New Barn a day between my smoothie and lattes. I tried many various brands and this one is THE best!! At this point, I've bought hundreds of bottles and haven't had any problems with it going bad...maybe, because it doesn't take me more than 1-2 days to finish a bottle...compared to other brands...it's that good! I use the electric nespresso frother and it froths up just perfectly and has a true almond aroma. After it froths I pour it immediately into cup. If I forget and walk away, then I come back to a separation of froth and liquid, so I try to stand close watch. :-) It's delish!! Make sure to shake the bottle well before pouring into cup, blender, or frother to maximize texture and taste. Thank you Amazon for carrying New Barn products!!! --one last note: this almond milk is not fortified with calcium. I was iron deficient, so another reason it was perfect for my purpose!!!

Gross taste - even though its totally natural, it tastes like chemicals! Not rich at all, very thin and light.

Guess I should hAve checked the ounces in the details. Tiny and pricey. Won't buy again. Overall the taste is fine, price isn't justified.

Strange consistency even after shaking well. There are chewy sediments. The taste was also not great. I left a opened bottle in the fridge and it turned moldy even though it was more than a month before the expiration date.

Can't believe anyone would give this a low rating. New Barn AM is one of the best almond milk brands available without making it yourself. It has a robust almond flavor with no stabilizers/additives. Also, it's completely organic with simple ingredients. I was looking for a TRUE almond milk I could use in my smoothies and wanted to try the brand Three Trees (a friend had recommended). This is the closest copy I could find. I have zero guilt when drinking this milk like I do with many other versions of additive-loaded almond milks. It also doesn't taste like I'm drinking overpriced water, but has strong almond flavor. So, if you're looking for a neutral taste---this isn't the brand for you.This version is vanilla without the add natural sugar (I believe it's from maple syrup) in the other sweetened versions. I like both. but the other versions are only like 10 more calories. I'm thinking of switching back to them and being less calorie anal, ha!HIGHLY recommended for people who want a non-dairy milk. I hope this company sticks around and out competes all the other chemical-water-masquerading-as-almond-milk brands.

Love it! This tastes like real almond milk that I sometimes make at home - just water, almonds and a bit of vanilla beans. The mouthfeel is great and not unusually tick like other generic brands that use locust Bean Gum, Sunflower Lecithin, Gellan Gum.

Yeah it is almond milk, it takes a little better than other brands on the market, the price is insane and you would save a fortune to make your own.
