Good, but yet not worth for value
It is amazing, yet i did not saw much improvement in my fishes, I would suggest feed your cichlids Life Aayu oscar fish food, it is much better. This food is just popular only because of its brand value which is indeed great, but yes this food is really nice if you want to feed your fishes an amazing quality food just for colour. Do check the pellet size before purchasing it. It has indeed improved the health of my fish but still you must go with another brand.

Good food for 3 inches or 3inch+ fish
My oscars and parrots who are 3 inches plus love it, this size is not for less then 3 inch fish.Fishes finish the pallets quickly

Good quality but a bit large for the community tank fish..
It's about 3 to 3.5 mm.... a bit large for regular community tank fish they take time to eat it... but good quality though...
