The option to layer and modify the height and support dependent on how my feet were feeling on a specific day was quite helpful to me since I have a modest amount of overpronation to begin with. One of the most impressive aspects of the product, in my opinion, is its versatility. When I finally found the ideal configuration for my requirements, I saw an instant decrease in knee discomfort, particularly after standing or walking for extended periods of time. This was especially noticeable after I had tried a few other configurations beforehand. Another useful feature of the anti-slip substance is that it prevents the insoles from moving about within my shoes by ensuring that they remain firmly in place. It was also the adaptability of these insoles that jumped out to me as a highlight. A couple different pairs of shoes, including my running shoes and my casual sneakers, have been utilized by me to include them. Especially whether I'm walking for long distances or performing low-impact activities, I believe that the insoles have made each pair of shoes more comfortable for me. My legs and feet felt much different at the end of the day compared to when I wasn't wearing them. The medial and lateral wedge shape provides effective alignment correction, and I noticed a significant change in how they felt.

I’ve been using these insoles for a few weeks now, and I’m truly impressed with how much they’ve helped with my foot alignment and knee pain. These insoles have been extremely helpful for me, and I can already feel a significant improvement in my posture and comfort. I have bow legs and have dealt with knee pain due to misalignment, so I was looking for a solution to help correct my foot positioning. These insoles are specifically designed to correct both supination and pronation, and they work wonders! They gently prevent the slight inward rolling of my feet and ankles, which has made walking much more comfortable. I really love that if the stickiness of the insoles fades over time, you can easily wash them, air dry them, and they’re good as new. This makes them reusable and cost-effective, which is a big plus! Highly recommended!

I have always had a problem with overpronation and walk on the outside of my feet, which makes it so that I can't walk a straight line, even when perfectly sober. I've seen numerous podiatrists, all of whom told me I'd need surgery, or sold me expensive inserts that did nothing for me. I even asked a few who made custom inserts based on foot molds to make for me exactly what these do. Suspiciously, they all refused. So, these look like exactly what I'd been asking for, they were not expensive, and I'd find out for sure if what I wanted was just a stupid request, maybe being the reason the docs would never make them for me. Here's what I found out: I wear "barefoot shoes" that I had bought 2 years ago to try to "re-wild" my feet. They helped a lot, but not enough. Once I put these inserts in, I found I need all 3 layers to adjust my feet. This has been happening over time. I've had these inserts for 4 months and find that I am quantifiably improving, even when I have no shoes on at all. It feels weird to walk "normal", but I love it. The cons: There is a black gel part that I assume is the base layer, and two clear inserts that I assume go on top. The black gel filled part that I used alone initially, lasted about 3 weeks before shedding the edges and losing a small amount of gel. I then ended up adding the other two layers on top of the black part, and that seemed to not only stop the black part from further destruction, but made my walking so much better. While the black part should be more durable, I LOVE THESE THINGS and will buy again, if needed. These have been the biggest help to my foot problems, way cheaper than podiatrists and their "professional" products, and WAY better than unnecessary surgery and healing time. Don't expect overnight results, but you should start seeing results within a month of use. I've worn them 4 months now, and still improving. Try these. I think you'll come to the same conclusions I did, and will likewise be grateful.

I can't speak to the longevity or quality because I am returning the inserts unused, BUT I do think the photos might help someone else envision the fit to help make a decision. These didn't work for me because I need a full insert, not a half. I placed the pieces in my shoe and I could feel where the insert ended. I would imagine the two layers of gel could be comfortable on the heel. I also have a wide foot and found the top layer - for me - to be small/narrow because my heel hung over the sides. This would mean blisters/skin irritation. Each piece is adhesive to the next so that you can customize it, and while I appreciate the flexibility, I would imagine with sweat and wear and tear, the parts might separate. I'm simply looking for a different type product.

I got these insoles hoping to alleviate some knee pain I've been experiencing. I like the customization. The three layers are a great option. I started with all three, but it was a bit too high for my shoes. Two layers seem to be what works best for me. This adjustability is perfect for finding what works best for ones individual needs. I am impressed with the comfort. The material is soft and comfortable. I was worried they might feel hard or rigid under my heel, but they actually provide a nice cushioning. They have helped with stability. I feel much more secure on my feet, and my ankles do not roll inwards as much as they used to. The adhesive backing is strong and keeps the insoles in place. I have not had any issues with them slipping around inside my shoes. I am cautiously optimistic overall. They have helped with my stability and have reduced the pain felt in my knee
