15x15- Height-Width measurements are correct. Press came 99.9% assembled (only had to attached the pull out handle & the hat press has to be attached, very heavy, the control box & heat press preforms properly, I haven’t tried the hat press or tumbler press yet, value for the money is worth it, it’s a VERY PRETTY MACHINE, VERY STURDY & WELL BUILT.. I got the white & light lavender version. Looking at the picture I thought the entire press was light lavender but it’s not.. the top shell is white (which I wouldn’t have selected, but I’m not sending it back. Too much of a hassle & I don’t want to wait again for delivery. I’m a bit disappointed, because I can tell the white will eventually turn yellowish after using it for some time. Before I used it.. I thought it looked a little yellowish around the trim.. maybe it was returned or maybe it’s just my eyes. But I do definitely notice a bit of yellow tinge since using it 3x’s.. There were some scratches here & there.. which also makes me think it may be a return.. BUT again.. NOT RETURNING IT. My only concern with the heat press is.. I feel like the heat conductor hoses should be a thicker rubber protecting the wires.. they are very soft & flimsy, hopefully they don’t burn out, spark or catch fire. OVERALL I AM SATISFIED WITH MY PURCHASE. It functions well & it’s easy to operate. If there’s an issue with the hat/tumbler press I will update my review. IF YOU ARE DOING T-SHIRTS DEFINITELY GO WITH A 15x15 or larger.. a 12x15 or smaller would definitely be too small if you use transfers larger than 15”… BUT DUE TO THE PULL OUT OPTION, moving the shirt around & pressing the shirt in segments- larger prints can be used.. The press arrived in about 7 to 8 days & was packed very well in compartment styrofoam.

The customer service is amazing!! I am so grateful to have bought from a great seller. The machine works really well and is sturdy. I have been pumping out all kinds of creations! The directions are easy to follow and set up was easy. LOVE THE PURPLE COLOR

Love this heat press! Has worked well for sublimation as well as vinyl. Love you can set it for a project and keep that setting. Really like the purple color and the swing away arm. What's not to like even the name is awesome!

This heat press - I love the color but it's no good. The heat press worked great but the additional attachments shot out fire. All The attachments for mugs, hat, and the plate did not work. Therefore I will be buying another brand for a heat press

This works well but the instruction manual is almost non-existent and there are no online videos to reference

This item has not failed and it is worth the price. The usage is very easy, heat level are perfect. The pressure is very durability. It's almost many different ways to use this item all sorts of ideas. Must purchase

I’ve been using this press for a few months now and I love it! It’s very simple to assemble and the heat appears to be distributed evenly. I’ve made several items—shirts, flags and accessories, and all came out great!
