This is easy to use. You just need to plug it in for its initial charge. Then you just push the button for the various vibration modes. I like it because you can just place it on an area and it does the work. For example, my hip muscles are tight, so I lay on the ground face down and put the ball underneath one hip (and then alternate) and just lay on it and watch TV. Same for my hamstrings.It's bigger than a baseball, but not quite as big as a softball. Hard rubber, so you can grip it well with your hands, but it doesn't stick to anything.Sometimes I accidentally hit the button when rolling it. And the heat feature hasn't worked for me.But overall, very nice to have.

This is a WONDERFUL contraption. It has multiple settings which go from gentle to deep massage and the heat function is fantastic. I suffer from chronic pain due to Ehler's Danlos Syndrome and the roller was recommended to me by another EDS patient, I will be passing that recommendation along! Using it on my hips and back gave me the best night of sleep I have had in longer than I can remember. Using it on my neck and shoulders made me feel like my brain could breathe (yes, I know that sounds weird) for the first time in ages! We liked it so much that we bought a second one to pass around the family and I called my mother and told her she should order one as well. I can't recommend it enough! (The charge lasts a long time too! I haven't had to recharge mine after the first day and I've used it daily for several days in a row.)

It worked great for a year then just stopped working sadly.

I spend a lot of money on message as I am very active and also despite being "older" have a young family who keep me jumping. I have also used rollers for the last couple of years and love how effective it is but this ball roller with the vibrating function is so much more civilized than just trying to crush my knots and sore muscles with pressure. The pressure required to break up the tissue using the vibrate function is 50% less and the relief is instant. The product itself is high quality and very straight forward to use; I love that it came pre-charged so I literally took it out of the box and started using it.

Battery came completely dead and it doesn't last long. Otherwise when rolling against it you can shut it off very easily. Overall a decent purpose but plenty of room for improvement.

Got this to help stimulate and open contracted hands on ALS patient. We use the variable speed vibration and use it daily for 10 to 12 minutes each hand. It has shown some improvement in allowing the fingers to relax and stretch open a little easier. Had looked for a bolster but they all are 6 inch diameter. This 3 inch diameter ball with the nubbies is easy to keep in place and comfortable to use. We also use on hands of rheumatoid arthritis individual. Good stimulation and increases blood flow. Highly recommend for contracted hands.

I liked this so much I bought one for my friend and they love it too. It's easy to use, easy to target and rehab aching muscles.

I bought this product and was very happy with it. But it died on me. Without any issues they replace the product and even upgraded it. Great customer service
