Very happy with my purchase, the banneton was perfect size for the loaf I made, using 500g of flour, used the lame too. My dough was not firm so the lame dragged a bit and I need to be more confident using it.

Well built, used a number of times with no issues.The lame is not great, the plastic scraper is handy though!

Banneton works well. Easy to flour and proved dough came out easily. The lame is very good, but no option to change the blade. The scraper is extremely useful, it’s probably had the most use out of all the items. I’ve not used the liner

I love the shape and size of this one, it comes with all the accessories and they seem good materials, also non stick!

Really great basket, bought it with the oval shaped basket too - made some absolutely stunning bread the other day. Highly recommend!
