Nehme einmal am Tag eine richtige Dosis in jedes Nasenloch und dann richtig hochziehen.abends noch eine Nasenspühlung mit Emser Salz und die Keimzahl hält sich in Grenzen. ich hatte 2 Nasen OPs, in die Spühllösung eine Kappe Betaisadonna Lösung reinmachen. ganz bekomme ich die Keime nicht tot aber zumindest kann man atmen. Werd wohl mein Leben damit leben müssen
