It is really a great benefit to me as I have had back problems for years now, and since using this product, I can’t believe how well it does the job, all I can say now, is, MAGNIFFICENT. great product which has given me great relief on my back,and so easy to use.

It's my first massager of this type so I don't have anything to compare it to but I enjoy it a lot. Helped me loosen up painful knots which didn't want to go away for over a month before. It's comfortable, the two massaging circles which go up and down around the spine are firm but not too painful. I like the seat vibration option too. Unfortunately, the back matt doesn't cover my entire spine and I'm not very tall (5'46). This is workable though, I do my first 15 minutes on the massager as is and then sit on some pillows to make it go lower or slide down to make it reach higher.The heat option is nice, but it takes at least 20minutes of massage to heat up and do not expect a lot of heat. It definitely helps loosen muscles up though during a long massage. The remote is easy to use, however it gives you only 5,10 and 15minute timer and it goes on automatically to full back when you switch it on rather that allowing you to choose your option. You need to change it while it's already working. It's not really a problem though, I turn it on, then change to options I want and after 15min when it goes off I do this again.I suffer for back pains brought by poor posture and long hours of daily desk work. I use back brace in front of my desk through the day and use this massager after work and this seems to help greatly. I would recommend the product to anyone who struggles with stiff back muscles and pain. It helps and the price seems reasonable for what it is.

We ordered this as I had a lower back disc herniation. The hope was that this would help heal faster, or just relieve some of the pain. I used it for the first few weeks, every single day after work.Now I use it as and when needed. But to be fair for the price, it is a good bit of kit, and worth purchasing. The only thing I did find is that I need to sit on a pillow for it to get right into the low back region. But again, I think this would just depend on the chair you’re in, and how tall you are. This was a really a non-issue to be fair but worth mentioning.The heat is good, the only slight issue or grumble that I have, is that if you pause it in the same space, so it keeps mass charging the same section of back, then the balls, revolve, clockwise, paws, then revolve counterclockwise. Which is slightly annoying when you’re right on the spot, and you just wanted to keep massaging continuously. But again, not a massive issue.. I assume this is done because of the way it’s built.Appearance is as seen in the photos, I don’t think anybody buys these things for it to be an accessory in their front room. Or Office. But overall clean and tidy.Multiple settings, including upper back, lower back and all over. Plus heat and vibration, which are handy.

The massage chair is good but the strength of the massage is very low. At first I thought it would have been moving massage parts however it is just the vibration. The overall quality is good though and would recommend.

This item arrived very quickly. It gives a very comfortable massage. It can vibrate at different speeds and has a heated seat. The control is easy to use and understand. A great product at a good price.

I love this and am so pleased I invested in it. I have something similar in my hairdresser.... VERY expensive seats in there and I honestly didn't think this would be so good. It sort of is with a couple of caveats.It seems well made and those rotating massage balls feel to me quite like a proper massage up and down the back!It is quite intense. I ave had it a couple of days and think I may bruise myself!! ...but the makers have thought of this and (a) they have put a cut off after 15 mins so if you doze off you'll be fine :-) and (b) they have a sheet you can put down over it to reduce "intensity".So why 4 stars not 5. Well firstly, I hardly ever give 5 stars. Nothing is perfect, certainly nothing I do! The BACK bit is great with those rotating balls or however they do work the magic. But the bottom bit (if you look at the picture) that you sit on is not terribly comfortable and vibrates. I find that sensation a bit odd. Weird rather than nice. so I have literally folded my bottom section up behind the back section. This is fine, but less than ideal. Second thing, the intensity decreasing strip works reasonably well, but it is not wide enough. The slightest misalignment and you get the full force of the ball. If your seat is upright and you are wriggling against the balls it is fine without that sheet, but if you have a recliner and are essentially lying back you really need this protection and it will just push off to the side and leave you with full intensity.In summary I definitely recommend it. Don't want to be without it and think it was well worth the £80 or whatever I paid!

Moi qui ai souvent mal au dos vu les postures et le travail que je fais, le fait de l'avoir acheté et essayé me fait déjà le plus grand bien.Bien utilisé, il masse du bas du dos jusqu'aux omoplates (je suis grand...) puis redescend.On peut activer la fonction chaleur, qui sort du coup par les boules de massage.Pour moi il ne fait pas mal au dos ou alors c'est parce que moi je suis complètement contracté.On peut l'utiliser avec la housse par devant pour un massage doux, ou alors retirer vers l'arrière la housse pour avoir un massage presque en direct avec les boules donc plus ferme.Il y a une fonction vibration, qui celles-ci sortent dans l'assise.Ca fait vibrer les cuisses et fessier, un peu comme les capteurs et l'appareil électrique chez le kiné.Je ressens jusqu'aux genoux moi qui ai souvent mal aux genoux, comme si ça faisait la circulation.Je viens de le recevoir et déjà testé, à voir dans le temps pour la résistance, mais je suis conquis !Je recommande vivement !

Mi marido mide 183cm y le masajea casi toda la espalda, aunque no llega al cuello o al coxis, el resto sí lo cubre.Tiene opción de vibración en el asiento, no sé muy bien para qué, pero la verdad que no molesta y es suave.
