Crane & Co.Ecru Correspondence Cards & Envelopes (CC3116)

I decided to hand-write my own invitations to our wedding, and since this is to be a small celebration (it is not the first for either of us), it seemed a small task to write out some 25 cards. For any correspondence, one wants a nice note card upon which to write, and Crane really makes some good writing paper. It's smooth and substantial, and takes the ink well, and my own task of writing out the invites is made easier. This brand is quite the final word in classic and tasteful correspondence cards. Away with emails and texts! It may take a bit longer, but you'll feel just a little better once you drop that card in the mailbox.

Long time, no see, Crane! With many retail bookstores saying bye-bye (oye, Amazon!), it's been awhile since I've seen Crane products. Wonderful that they're still being manufactured and quality is the same. Bestest bestest stationary ever. Lovely to handle and write on. Arrived in great condition.

This is nice paper, properly packaged, and expensive enough to be a proper gift.

I try to order Crane letterpapers when I need writing materials. I can usually get them for a good price on Amazon, and I feel as if I have treated my friends well when I write a letter to them on Crane. The pen simply glides across the paper more easily. Whether my friends notice or not, I don't know; but I notice, and that is why I buy Crane.

I love writing notes with a fountain pen, but have had a hard time finding paper or cards that really did the job in terms of being aesthetically pleasing and also fun to write on. These cards are truly elegant and provide significant pleasure when putting ink to paper. I'm on my second box, and I'll buy them from here on out!

I can't believe what has Crane done. Crane & Co is an established reputable Stationary Manufacturer of elegant and classic correspondence cards and envelopes. I purchased this June 22, 2022 and I am just opening them to send a condolence letter. I was shocked to find Crane has placed a 2 side oversized card for correspondence. This is tasteless in terms of class and style. What they have you writing on is virtually a post card to be placed in an envelope. In the past all the Crane products I have purchased were 4 sided folded cards that provided 4 separate pages to convey a substantive message to someone one you cared enough about to sit down and take time to write them. A 4 sided folded card gives the illusion of turning the page for that someone special you wrote to give the feeling of reading something worthwhile to read and hopeful one successfully wrote something worthwhile reading. Ooh there is plenty of space to write on this virtual post card but an oversized 4" x 6" post card seems clownish when compared to the traditional 3 15/16" x 5 9/16" size Crane used to make. This card and envelope simply looks like a gargantuan piece of obligatory junk mail to toss - 10 pieces for $17.81

Nothing says Emily Post like Crane stationary. 😊
