Dell Optiplex 780 Desktop Intel Core 2 Duo 3.0GHz 8GB RAM 500GB HDD DVD-ROM Windows 10 Home 19in Display Keyboard Mouse Speaker WiFi (Renewed)

The computer arrived in good time and set up was easy. But now for the not so good part. Whenever I go online using Microsoft Edge, everything is fine for a few minutes, then the screen shows a white page with this message: This page is having a problem loading. We tried a few times to load it but still have a problem. Below that it says try this: Go to start page or Open new tab. The same thing happens when I try either of those. Then I try using Google Chrome and at first that worked fine, but now it's doing the same thing as Microsoft Edge. I reset Windows back to the default stage as suggested on the instruction sheet, and that seemed to work for a few hours. But the next time I used the computer it is back to the same problem. Please advise as to what I can try or do you suggest returning it? Please reply ASAP. Thank you, Patricia Stoick

Upate: It's still working good!!! I'm about get a second monitor to go with this.Original Review: The product came packaged like a new product, with all the cables and detailed instructions. So far so good. I'll provide an update in three months. I got this computer for my five year old son to do learning activities and homework. I'm happy!!! It was an easy set up.

I am highly desappointed I took a chance and it didn't go as I expected .when I opened the box the PC was full of dust,like it was just siting in a warehouse or someone's home, I got error messages,the system was freezing,the mouse didn't work.. I don't know much about computers but I can still see everything that was from the previous owner ,this PC wasn't factory reset, I assume if it was I wouldn't see anything in the library.anyways I wanted to send it back but I have to pay 50$ shipping and also will be charged 20% for stocking fee.. never again.. I thought that because of the good reviews I would get a good pc and wouldn't have to worry about returning it. I loose either way sending it back and keeping it..
