it does indeed taste of chlorophyll, well, if it had been though more than a handful of stomachs! in a good way.pairs well with a fruit cereal, makes for good nutmeg'd custards. proper custard, not creme*accent thing* brooooooleeeyyy

I always have some 2% milk in the fridge, in case I'm in the mood for a homemade glass of chocolate milk, or need it for baking, etc. I like but don't love milk. Organic is certainly better, and better tasting, and this brand is terrific. But then I tried their grassmilk. Cows grazing freely on the grasslands or some such. Healthier animals produce healthier foods? Let me tell you, this milk is just more delicious. It's a cleaner fresher taste. I can drink a plain glass and savor every gulp. I'm never without it, I'm sad when it's out of stock, and I now also use their grassmilk half & half in my coffee. Yum! Enjoy!

I like the grassmilk from Organic Valley. It has more of a yellow tinge than other milks due to the fact that the cows are actually eating grass. So glad whenever I find it.

Organic valley is a trusted brand of our family. Mainly we would choose 2% if it's available. Honestly, I don't tell the difference between the regular organic milk and the grass milk. They both taste very good though.

I'm an 80's baby, so milk was definitely a big part of growing up for me, and milk nowadays taste like white water but this brand took me back to when milk use to be simply Delicious and it didn't hurt my tummy like others.

Very pricey, but it the best milk you can buy.
