I start my day, like many people, with a cup of Joe. When I say cup I actually mean “pot” because my cup is a 32 ounce to-go cup and I’ll take it on my walk, then I’ll come back and pour another to start my deskwork. I have a full time job, a consulting practice and another part time litigation job, so I’m one of those that is always working day and night. Coffee helps kickstart each day, it just does. I stop drinking coffee by noon or 1, after lunch, but in no way does this mean I’m limited or controlled. I went through this one small bottle of powder creamer in about a week, then got the giant one because I liked it so much and that one has last me a couple weeks. Sometimes I drink coffee instead of eating. I don’t actually like eating, I’m one of those odd ducks. Or maybe coffee really does suppress your appetite, but, no, I think eating is just distracting. But I sure do love my coffee and lately I’m going through a kick where I’m using creamer and this one makes it creamy and delicious. I also don’t like sugar or sweetener and this doesn’t have a sweetness to it, so that’s good. I like that it’s dairy free because any dairy even fat free causes my face to get oily and an occasional zit. This does not cause that problem, but I will give fair warning this might be causing slight weight gain in the month I’ve been using it, but it’s probably because I use too much and it makes me not drink my coffee black which just naturally adds extra calories. But it’s delicious and I’d rather just not eat instead, and reduce the calories that way. So it’s a good alternative to food or cream.

Gives it the creaminess without overpowering the coffee with a diary aftertaste. It lets the coffee shine. I have IBS and don't have any side effects from this. One tablespoon does the trick for an eight-ounce cup of coffee for me. I prefer to buy small containers as I have no space, it's more hygienic and it's less messy. This is lasting me over a month. Item arrived in good condition and fresh.

As I get older, I find I do not tolerate dairy as well as I used to. While I love the taste of whipping cream in coffee, after a cup or two, I just feel bloated.I’ve tried a number of non-dairy creamers, both liquid and powder. Some are tolerable, some were so bad I threw them away literally after two or three sips of the coffee I used them in.I keep coming back to Coffeemate powdered creamers. While they will never taste as good to me as pure, natural heavy whipping cream, they have none of the chemical aftertaste of other brands I’ve tried, and that even the liquid Coffeemate creamers do.I keep powdered Original, and several powdered sugar-free flavors, on hand. Thus far, I haven’t found anything that approaches them in flavor, at least to my taste. I give them four stars only because nothing can surpass the taste of real cream.
