Got a used/very old product
The box was in terrible condition and the shoes themselves were very dirty and stained as though they were either used or very old.

Cloth bag not found
I m ok with product but it missing cloth bag which was there in exchanged item. I didn't took out that thinking that i will get it in exchanged product as well but it is not there. Pls can u give me that bag it was really good.
