Original Montgomery Mens Long Duffle Coat - Charcoal - Black

I ordered the 50", not because that's my actual size, but because as a tallish chap, I need the length in the arms and body. I have both of these.The material is of a good quality but there are a few things which are not so good:-1) The toggle ties are made from leather and are going to be the first to go.2) I think it could be at a cheaper price, it's ok, but not outstanding to be in this type of price range. (My work colleagues were surprised by the amount I paid - £50ish was the agreed estimation)3) The wallet pocket is too low and small to be of practical use. This is a big problem for me personally.Since writing this, I've given the coat away to a female relative. This was due to point three - as there is no lower bottom toggle the bottom part of the coat flaps open. Due to the wallet pocket being low and far too small, my wallet was poking out the top. In the center of London at Christmas time, I might as well have a sign above my head inviting all pick pockets to come and do their worst. ALSO since buying, the price has dropped! (Still not enough though, it needs to drop another £60 or so)

My chest size is 46/7 and after reading the reviews I decided a 48 would be for me. The first one got lost in transit and I was refunded the cost so I was advised to re-order another which came in 2 days. A lovely duffle coat but it was much too big both in body and sleeve length. I am returning it and will reorder a size 44 and hope it will be the correct size this time after reading the other reviews.

The coat got lost by Mail UK for 3 days. I had followed the advice of posters on here and ordered a size up. Unfortunately, when the coat did arrive, it was too big. I've sent it back for a smaller size, but not before being totally taken by the quality of this Duffle coat.A mate of mine has just purchased a similar Duffle coat made by Burberry that cost 3 times as much. And even though the Burberry duffle is of a high standard, there is very little difference in quality and most of the cost difference is in the name...Cannot wait for my Duffle to return...Only fear is that they are using Mail UK again

This coat is top drawer, it's great material and is very well made. It comes down just past the knee and the hood has a fastener to keep it closer to the neck in winter. I am very happy with this coat.

It is advertised as full length. Actually it is knee length. What used to be classed as a car coat back when we had full length (down to the middle/lower calf) coats as the norm.

The coat arrived promptly on the next day. The quality, colour and finish is very good. Unfortunately I have to return the coat as the sleeve is not long enough. It was about 1 inch shorter than needed to have a great fit. This was a size 36 for someone who is slim built, 6ft 1in tall with long arms.

Excellent, I ordered a size up as Customer reviews on Amazon advised, they were not wrong, that's what you have to do, I am about a 39' chest, so ordered a 42' and It was perfect. Brilliant quality, no fuss return, excellent sellers

Make sure you measure yourself with clothes you will wear under the coat and the coat will fit well. I just ordered next size up as other feedback advised then had to pay over £16 to return it. Have received the right size now and it fits perfect with jumper etc underneath. Love it
