This has been the best purchase of the year. My first headset was a Logitech and it worked well, but I kept stepping on the cord and it eventually went out on me. Then I got a replacement Logitech, a newer version, and it worked worse than my first one. Working from home, I needed a reliable headset so a friend recommended Cyber Acoustic. I love the design, it’s very lightweight and I like that the cord is not plastic, it’s like a durable string cord that moves easily. Also, your mouthpiece is movable and remains in place when it’s set. I would have given this an overall 5 stars for comfort, but the ear pieces are a little small and starts to hurt when wearing for long periods of time. It’s adjusted to the largest setting so there is nothing else I can do. In any event, still a great buy and not a major issue.

I've had these over a year and they work and sound good but I just kicked the side of them when walking next to my PC. They got snapped completely out of place and the metal part was sitting sideways. I bent it back into place and it still works and look brand new. Had to leave a 5 star review after that.

While the headphones are okay in general the cord is short and tends to twist up. Mic is limited to one side only. Thus it is only on the left side. Can't be pivoted to switch sides.Noise cancelling of ear pieces is actually very good.

Bought these a few weeks back for the kids to use while home schooling during the pandemic. Given the small size, and some notation on the bag they came in (said something about educational use?), I'm inclined to think this model is for children, so if you have a large(r) head, you might want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, they seem to work fine for the kids.

Get the logitech ones - they feel cheap but their mic quality is excellent. These feel better in my hand but with this one my recorded voice is no better than with the laptop's embedded mic.

I used this product for work and it was perfect. It was lightweight and very comfortable. It arrived on time and very well worth the price. I highly recommend this product and would definitely buy this again.

Great…. I love that I can control the volume and mute from this headset. Great for my work from home job to have easy accessibility to mute noises feom my home environment. The volume also goes pretty loud for when I get tired of having the headset on my head.
