I use it in my discus tank to get rid of external parasites. I use less than the recommended dosage. Haven't seen any adverse effects. Economic to treat in separate tank rather than the main tank as dosage needed and duration is more. Hence reducing one star.

I have a fresh water tank with fish, shrimp and aquatic plants. This is the most effective solution for parasites and doesn't harm the shrimp either. Good buy.

Very effective product. Used it on my silver arowana to remove some external parasites. And the best thing is it does not have any negative effects on your filter.

Paraguard cleared my fishe"s fungal infection in quarantined environment in about a month time and now they are with other fishes happily :) worth it
