I received the pillow a few days after ordering. Not keen on the courier company used by the seller ... even though I was home the driver threw the package over the gate ... then he saw me watching him and quickly drove away !The cushion is lovely and pretty much what I expected. Giving good back support and comfort.

The pillow is comfortable and I like that one side is fleeced which keeps your back warm now the weather is getting cold. Support wise is just ok . For those who would like it slighter more firmer it would have been good to have that option. So support wise I will say overall it is medium not firm at all

I have recently acquired a riser/recliner chair which works very well on helping me stand up but has to be said is a bit on the firm side, the fleece cushion supports my back & shoulders and is warm to my back, very nice comfortable purchase, thank you.

I got this back support for my partener he loved it so I have ordered 1 for myself can't wait for it to come

Very comfy ! Unfortunately it has a hole in the seam where it has burst. See photo. I was able to sew it but for the price I shouldn’t need to repair it. Could’ve returned it but decided not to.

Bought for my husband who was using more & more cushions in his chair..he finds the pad supportive & comfortable.

It was bought for my mum she uses it every day it fits well in her chair giveing good support and good quality would buy it again .
