Makes the most delicous Chocolate Corks
These are perfect for the French Cork recipe in the Thomas Keller cookbook Bouchon Bakery.A much better price too. They are only avaiable at a high end cookware store here in the US- I was able to get three plus the international shipping for less than 2 here!
