Hard to tell need a little more time...

First probiotic I can tolerate ! I have histamine intolerance and these are all histamine lowering strains. Many brands have histamine raising forms! Now I know why they all made me ill by day 3. I take this daily for 2 years now!

Package was damaged but the product was dine

I could not survive without this excellent probiotic! The thing I like best about it is that it is a low enough dosage for me to use 1,2, or 3X/day depending on my digestive issues each day. I have IBS so each day is different regarding using a probiotic.

The product itself is probably fine for what it is. I've heard that good gut bacteria are mostly Bifidobacterium strains (regardless of your age) and not nearly as much Lactobacillus. This product contains just Bifidobacterium strains. The issue I had is with the delivery. It came in a small package in my mailbox on a very sunny day. I measured the temperature in the mailbox at over 120 degrees. This product shouldn't be kept above room temperature. So, I'll probably buy this kind of product locally in the future. YMMV.

Have been using Ultra Flora Probiotic for years, but now they have this one that needs no refrigeration.

Not finding my usual Renew Life formula, I decided to try this since it had the same 6 probiotic strains. Having twice the number of "live cultures per capsule" made me a little nervous. However, it has proven to be like the other formula... effective but gentle.
