Great for Wall Lettering
I purchased this vinyl for the purpose of creating letters that could be used for wall signage in our church foyer. I'm very happy with the performance of this product and the final result. The vinyl was shipped to me as a roll in a box. It arrived undamaged and it lays flat without curling at the edges. It cuts well on my wife's Cricut Expression. We've had the lettering on the wall for about a month now and it's still maintaining a good hold. I recommend this product and I would definitely purchase it again.

Best vinyl ever!!!!!
This is now my favorite vinyl to use!!! It’s by far the easiest vinyl to transfer onto projects and don’t tear easily. The white vinyl has a blue layer underneath making it easier to see the pieces you need to weed.

Tight roll causes some difficulty
As expected, the issue I have is that it is rolled very tightly making it difficult to feed into the machine. When trying to flatten it out, it bubbles a bit. My cuts were large and simple for this project, so weeding was very easy. I imagine more intricate cuts would be problematic. I still recommend, but if being used for an intricate design, I would take time to flatten it gently to prevent bubbles.Confirming that this white vinyl has blue backing paper - surprisingly, there are some brands that have white backing paper with white vinyl making it really difficult to weed and see your finished design (problematic if you are displaying before applying).

Matte finish, easy cut
Great matte finish vinyl. Cut with my Cricut and applied to walls. It's not thick, but perfect for what I wanted.

Warpped too tight, unusable when cut
Extremely disappointed. This was my first run with Oracal 631 all I can say is it's a waste of money. I've only used 651 before and it appears that I will be only using 651 from here on out. The 631 that was sent was wrapped way too tight, it curls horribly. There was also an awful sticker used to keep the vinyl rolled, it doesn't peel off and is right in the middle, essentially wasted 4-5 inches of vinyl off the bat. This vinyl also doesn't secure to its backing properly and separates and creates bubbles when you adhere it for cutting. Once its cut air bubbles form where the cut lines are. I purchased this for as a less expensive means for stenciling, but this was just a waste of time and money. I've tried to salvage the pieces I've cut, but it's hardly worth the time spent when you can use something that comes out the way it should. Not sure if the problem is manufacturer or distributor based, but I lean towards distributor as this doesn't seem to be a common problem. If anyone had a remedy I would LOVE to make this mess of vinyl usable.

Used as stencil
Didn't work well for what I initially intended. (To make a chalkboard into a calendar, the adhesive may be too weak for water or the board may be too textured.)I later used it to create stencils for painting door mats. I'm thrilled with the way they turned out. I used my cricut to cut and stenciled on the wording with a sample of black outdoor paint from Home Depot. Worked like a charm.

In my experience, this is not removable/repositionable
Great product, but what I received is not removable. I found it out the hard way, e.g., ripping paint and drywall off the wall; BTW, I've used removable vinyl a million times. I would’ve returned it but I already cut and weeded most of it.

Great for temporary decorating
I saw some reviews that had complaints about the way this vinyl was packaged.. I didn't have that problem, mine was rolled up and secured with a small sticker that was easy to remove and didn't cause any damage to the vinyl. As for the vinyl itself, this is my go to for temporary things like party decor. It's great for signs and personalizing things. It is easy to remove but secure enough to where I've never had it fall off of anything.
