What color is this cement? What solvent do you thin or cleanup with?

In the can it is clear color but it does dry to a light yellow. Goo Gone works to cleanup as I used it on a laminate counter top.

Did not work for my application

Bought this product because it was recommended to fix my waders. The sole came off one of the boots so I cleaned it up good and applied the glue as instructed. It did not work one day.
