Q: Would this system work on the slightly slanted surface? My driveway is not exactly flat.

You fill the base with sand or water, so it's pretty heavy and stable. It should work on a slanted driveway. It may be more susceptible to tipping with with strong winds.

Q: Need one that I can move from garage to front door everytime I play (30 feet, HOA), . Is this easily moveable or any suggestions really appreciated.

It is easily moveble as long as you do not weight it with too much gravel. You could put a rock or something on top of the base if you are going to run into it. It stands by yourself just for shooting the ball.

Q: I’m not in a permanent location. In a year I may need to move again. How hard is this to take apart send reassemble???

This system is fairly easy to take apart. Just save your assembly instructions and you will basically follow them in reverse. Q: Gow much sand goes in the base?

I wouldn't go with sand, it is very challenging to get into the base and you can never remove it. We put sand in ours and regret it, suggest trying this instead - H2Old, BaseGel Basketball Goal Portable Bases Polymer,
