Mazda MX-5/Miata Mk1 & 2: Enthusiasts Restoration Manual

It was bought as a present for my car made daughter, who is obsessed my MX5s.She seems pleased with the book and has asked for a different book on 5s by the same company.

Bought as a gift for my son who is restoring a mk1 Eunos Roadster. He says it is a great book.

Plenty of photos, a bit lacking in detailed written info.

If you are dismantling a mx5 to fenouils, this is an excellent book with clear photos. You will need a workshop manual in addition for details of how to dismantle and rebuild.

Perfect addition to anyone planning or is restoring a mk1 mk2 mx5. Lot of step by step on rust repairs to all the common places on a mx5, and for half the price usually is cant go wrong, well worth a read for any enthusiast

Still a little expensive but gives you an insight into your journey towards what awaits you when you attempt a restoration

A lot of this info is generic to old cars. I was really hoping it would be more specific to the Miata. The Veloce Enthusiast guides are the best I’ve come across. Worth a buy… just get the others first
