I Bought the 1/4 thick 1AB. Just right for making my own insoles. I use them in my boots might be a little thick for shoes. I put the smooth side up to help my socks slide in. They last about 6 months with 60 hours a week on them. Will be able to make 9 pairs out of material.

Thanks to my Podiatrist for sharing information. Best home made insoles ever. Heavy Safety toe work boots on concrete are manageable now with the inserts we made.
