Too small for any of my Mens watches
I did not look at the measurements that were posted for these vices, close enough. The mens size fits an average ladies size watch, the small one will fit the smallest of ladies watches of which, I don’t even know anyone who wears those anymore. Only reason I am keeping is because I can use for other small parts to hold.

Take it apart, clean it, re-lube it, and file the tops down and it's pretty good
Right out of the package, these holders were stiff almost the point of being unusable.I took them fully about, rinsed them with some isopropyl alcohol, and ran the parts through the ultrasonic cleaner, and put them back together with some 9501 in the bearings and they work nice and smooth.I also took a tip from Watch Repair Tutorials (that's a YouTube channel) and filed down the top of the "wide" side of the holder that just gets in the way you've got the movement in the holder dial side up. That's an incredible mod that I first tried on these cheaper holders.

Doesn't hold!
These watch holders would not hold a Seiko nh35 which has to be the single most popular watch movement on this planet. These are totally worthless if someone gave them to you for free you should throw them away.

Works great but could be a little heavier
They looked really small when I took them out of the box but they will fit a full size men's watch and probably smaller pocket watches. The only reason I took off a star was they are so compact that it makes them a bit on the light side. Another of extra metal would be nice to add some weight.

El acabado pintado no ayuda con el agarre
El acabado le da una superficie lisa pero un poco resbalosa. No ayuda con la sujeción del movimiento en algunas posiciones. En otras reseñas mencionan que lijar las superficies ayuda con el agarre yo creo que vale la pena intentarlo.
