This is an excellent quality grater. It is has a nice weight to it and a nice shape. I actually use it to grate a little bit of fels-naptha laundry bar soap into the drum of my washer for the extra stinky/sweaty loads. I was looking for a grater that was less than 11"-12" so I could fit it nicely in the small basket of laundry supplies I have, and this is just about the only shorter one I could find. It does the job well and I'm sure it would perform just well on hard cheeses. It feels very substantial in your hand and it is quite satisfying to use.

Top Käsereibe zu fairem Preis. Die Reibe wurde schnell in guter Umverpackung geliefert. Die Reibe ich einfach zu bedienen und liefert ein gutes Schnittergebnis. Nach Gebrauch einfach in die Spülmaschine und fertig. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.

These graters are wonderful. I like the fact I can grate cheese straight on top of foods like pizza! I’ve had mine for a while now and it gets used loads. The quality is really good. I find this much easier than a traditional box grater.
