This product is great!!! It is a combo med, because it has a two medicines for a cough. A cough suppressant 60mg and a cough exporrant 1600mg. You take it morning and night. Which is better than others because you have to take it up to 4 times a day. Take this twice a day every 12 hours until your cough is gone. For me i was relieved of symptoms in about 4 days. And that was amazing. Because i was doing other cough meds for weeks and i did not improve. So This is literally the best one i have found after doing a lot of researching and this is such a value for the price and the quantity you get. Get this stuff

This is basically generic Mucinex (can I say that?) Same ingredients, doing the same good work for millions. At half the price. Okay maybe a little more than that, but less than brand name. Why 4 stars? The pesky packaging- cards of individually blister-packed horse pills, only they don't just pop out the back of the blister pack when you push them. You have to peel the top layer, then pop 'em out. Not a huge deal, but why? Especially when you can buy in a bottle with great ease of accessibility.

This is perfectly comparable to the name brand. My whole family uses it all Spring! Great value!

Love it. There of course is the monetary value behind it, but all in all, it relieved my stubborn sinus issues within 12 hours and I slept well. When my sinuses act up, I take one, then another, and it fades. It is so nice to know that there is an effective product that doesn't cost my right arm and insurance. This is straight forward.
