The watch has heavy duty case. It is auto wind. If you let it set to long you can also manuale wind. I find it keeps good time. The "See in the dard" feature is not so good. The watch face is protected by the magnifier. I have gone thru 4 new warches since January. Three Timex's. Two would go thru batteries in two months. One was a pressure snap in back plate, to change battery, very difficult to change. I broke it. One pocket watch from E-Bay, the second hand would stick everytime around. This is the first one I found that works right. i have only had it a month, but i like it and it does what it is suppose to do.

This watch presents three distinct problems. First, it's quite heavy. More importantly, it's self-winding mechanism runs down much too quickly and it steadily loses time. I do like its appearance, both front and back, and its large numerals are easy to read, so I'm willing to put up with its quirks.

This stopped working two months after I bought it.

Love the dial face and the magnifier lens. Not really sure about the watch movement. There’s no stop when winding it. The automatic movement is not a bonus as it doesn’t seem to work. The waterproof steel case is nice though. Overall it’s a good watch for the price. A better mechanical movement would make this an excellent watch.

Love the illumination of the face, self winding and magnifying glass cover. Solid, heavy duty watch. I'm very pleased with the quality.

We got this for our dad so far all good news coming back from him he loves it

Magnify cover comes in very hand when trying to read small print or if forgot the eyeglasses
