I’ve tried everything else, this is amazing as a cleanse.

This is a highly effective laxative. Worked within 12 -14 hours for me to relieve my very persistent problem. I did experience mild stomach discomfort for a few minutes when the tablet started to work its magic. I would caution that you only take one tablet at a time per day. It is so effective that I fear taking other forms of laxative with it may cause some very unpleasant effects. It is great for temporary relief but as the package describes it is not for long-term use. There, other long-term solutions should be looked into for example increasing your magnesium intake.

At first it wasn’t working for me until about 5 days later when I started to release all the backed up feces inside of me. Knock wood I’ve been going more often than before. I also combine it with Dr Tobias 14 day cleanser. I take one of each. Worth looking into Dr Tobias as well.
