Can you use the cup for coffee after the wax is gone and I wash the cup out ?

I don't see why not, it's a glass mug. You would probably have to wash it pretty good, maybe in a dishwasher with high heat to remove all remnants of wax. But in the end it is just a basic glass mug so it could be used as a beer mug or coffee mug or any kind of mug. I just wouldn't want to taste or Smell My Nuts while drinking my morning blend.

Do I cut wick to 1/4 inch the first time I light it?

I’m unsure what the company suggests, as a regular candle customer, I always light the candle as is and trim after I’ve burned it the first time for about an hour. Experience has taught me that with new candles, there is a chance of puddling and extinguishing the flame if you trim too closely on the first burn. At any rate, I’d certainly go no less than 1/2 inch until you become familiar with how it burns. Soy candles, like this, burn differently than paraffin and so on.

Does this set come with the wick cutter?

No but they’re inexpensive. I bought one on here and it’s fantastic. If you cut the wick prior to first use , it does cut evenly snd before you use it again candle will last longer. Cut to 1/4 of an inch. I just ordered the snuffer too so you don’t get all that smoke after you blow it out. I love these candies
