Stronger than the black ones
These are a stronger rubber design than the softer black rubber ones. They fit perfectly on my Ram phone and tablet holders. Easy to install and remove makes them versatile. Work well to provide stability with my different devices. Extreme versatility.

Great replacement grips
These work great and they come with glue. The original one did not have glue and broke.

Genuine RAM part only better.
These are genuine replacement parts for RAM mounts only they fit better than the originals. The slots are slightly narrower so they require a little finesse to slip them on but once they're in place they stay put better. The original ones always slid forward when removing my phone, and eventually just fell off. These seem to be a little firmer as well.

The tips are fine. Just choose a better adhesive than what's included.

Keeps my phone in place
So glad I found these. I had lost one and didn't want to scratch my phone. This work very well when riding a motorcycle. My phone is a note 20. It fits but not the best, i think due to the otter box case i have. I use small bungee cords to make sure it stays on the holder and those little rubber stoppers are a life saver.
