I bought this to cover the joists on my decking. You could buy deck joist tape but that would have cost about 4 times as much.The only thing I had to do was cut it to the right width. Sounds a pain but the saving was well worth it and I know this works because I had used it 7 years ago on certain parts of the decking and the wood was in great condition unlike a couple of places that were not covered at that time and so needed replacing.I got the wider roll because I also used it to protect the side of some joists (I wrapped them) They are half buried next to my garden boarders.

Arrived on time, good quality and is useful for various damp and wet conditions. Well worth the money.

seems ok, thinner than some products I've used years ago. However, product materials change as do manufacturing processes. But it seems rugged enough, just a modern material. It has very good tear strength. Overall, I would purchase again
