Spenco soles
I have rheumatoid arthritis. I can only walk when I have spenco soles in my shoes, They take the pain away under the front of the foot when I walk or stand. I started for approximately 10 years ago and the soles from that time are still in use and completely as new.I have recommended spenco soles to many persons with rheumatoid arthritis. I used to bye them in Foot Locker, but Foot Locker has not sold them the latest years. So I was happy to bye them via Amazon.

Supportive insoles
I used to buy green or purple feet until I found these. I find them very supportive. I take a size 6 shoe, and was surprised that I didn't have to cut anything off them. For those with larger feet, I wonder whether they might just be too small?

Running shoes+ spenco insloes
After a tibia and fibula fracture, walking was not as it used to be once. These insoles combined with a pair of running shoes made me walk with more confidence and less pain. The only thing you should consider is that they are not as thin as your original soles, so you may need to loosen up your shoe strings or in case you are buying a new pair, try them with that new pair and buy a size that fits them and your foot perfectly. Front part of the soles can also be trimmed for any adjustments in fitting into the shoe.
