Q: Is this coffee tested for mold and mycotoxins?

We only buy our green beans from reputable suppliers. Our SCA trained roasters visually inspect coffee for mold and other imperfections. Since we only carry top-grade coffees, it is unlikely that our coffee contains mold. We do not specifically test for mold at our roastery but all coffee is roasted at over 400 degrees F which burns off various impurities in the bean.

Q: Is there a way to get a sample without buying a whole bag first?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide samples. We stand behind our products and offer 100% customer satisfaction.
