These ankle weights are fantastic! They're easy to use. Easy to slip on and off and fit around my ankles perfectly. The velcro is incredibly user friendly. The individual weights slide in and out with minimal difficulty. And there's been no leaking of sand and I've owned for over a month at this point. They're super helpful for my physical therapy at home which is why I purchased. They're a great buy definitely worth the money if you're looking to do some late to moderate weight activity at home.

My husband love's them! Perfect for his rehab as he can change the weight as he gets stronger. I especially like the ease of putting on and taking off the weights. The strap easily attaches around the ankle! Since weights can be added or taken off they make a great value for your money.

These weights were almost perfect for my need. The problem is when all 5 weights are being used, the strap is not long enough to meet when wrapped around my ankle. It would be nice if the strap was longer. If you have small legs, these weights will work fine. I love the fact that the weights are adjustable and come out easily.

These ankle weights make me feel like a superhero in training—or at least someone who takes fitness very personally. The adjustable weights let me scale my suffering from “light bounce” to “why do my legs feel like cement?”They stay on snugly, don’t chafe, and have yet to fly off mid-jog (which is more than I can say for my motivation). The removable weight pouches are a little stubborn, but hey, wrestling with them counts as a warm-up, right?

These ankle weights are awesome for adding some extra resistance to your workouts. You can adjust the weight from 1 to 10 lbs per ankle, which is perfect for walking, jogging, or strength training. They’re comfy, stay in place, and feel solid enough to last. Definitely a great way to make your routine a little tougher!

These are nice weights, however they do have a couple issues that I am having with them. The measurements say ankles from 7.5 inches. My ankles are 7.5 inches, yet the weights slide around because even with folding the edge over to tighten the velcro more, it is still too loose on my ankle. I am only using 2 packs right now and that may change when I increase the weight and it takes up more space up on it. While walking, they slide around until they are hurting my ankle and I have to stop and turn them. The description says 1 pound per weight. It is not, it is only 15.4 oz per weight but when you weight the whole belt it is 5 lbs. Just saying the packs of sand are not 1 pound each. They are not easy to put on and off for me. Mostly putting on as the velcro is a wide long strap and getting it secured takes a bit. The other issue is that the top of the holder comes up to show the bags. This may or may not be an issue unless the bag gets hit on something that tears it open. Overall they are nice, just not a good fit for such a small person even though they say they are. I do recommend them, just be aware of the facts stated above.

Excellent quality ankle weights. I purchased these to use in my post ACL surgery rehab. They seem quite durable and I like that you can adjust the weight of them. It's a little difficult removing/ replacing the little sandbags if you're wanting to make the ankle weight lighter/heavier, but you don't want it to be easy, otherwise they would fall out during use. Overall, very happy with this purchase.
