A couple of the reviews said this was all glass and no plastic, and the description does as well. However, some of the crystals are hanging on to the arms of the chandelier by a large, round, and obviously plastic piece that looks like a cheap shower curtain hanger. The plastic is not nearly as clear as the glass pieces, so it's quite obvious. I can't fathom why they would use this in an otherwise very pretty chandelier. It will be high enough on the ceiling that I don't think it will be super obvious from that distance. And after the amount of time it requires to assemble it, who wants to dis-assemble and return it? This is a poor choice in materials. Overall, the price is great for this piece.The first chandelier I received had a wire that broke while we were trying to hang it, causing the main glass piece to fall and shatter. Customer service was excellent and immediately sent a new one, even before we returned the original. Very few amazon sellers do that anymore - they wait until they receive their damaged product before they'll ship a new one...which seems unfair to a client who received a faulty product and now has to wait for a working one. So kudos to this company.

Love, Love, Love this chandelier!!!! Beautiful and pretty easy to install. The direction we're clear and easy to follow. I almost died when I unpacked the box and there were so many pieces to assemble but it was with it!!! I love the chandelier over my bathtub! ❤️❤️❤️

I love this, I really can express how beautiful it is. My nephew and his wife put it together and hung it for me and they are not professionals they are loved ones. After they put this together and it was so perfect I don't think there's anything that I can't throw at them that they can't do. Love this chandelier I've always wanted one and this 1 for the money it's amazing.

Amazing, All Glass/Chrystal, Chandelier!!! It looks better than pictures! It comes with 6 LED lights bulbs and price is almost unbeatable! I am not sure if it’s all Chrystal, May be glass here and there but no plastic for sure!!how ever it really looks and feels amazing, specially for what I was expecting! I will order one more soon!
